Panda, the two-year-old Tuxedo cat, has been spreading love vibes to her baby brother even before he made his grand entrance into the world!
According to Liel, Panda’s human, the feline affectionately took on the role of a protective older sister during Liel’s pregnancy: “When I got pregnant, Panda started following me everywhere, laying her head on my belly, as if she wanted to keep the baby safe.”
Throughout the pregnancy, Panda continued to be the purr-fect companion, cuddling Liel’s baby bump whenever the opportunity arose.
When the little one finally arrived, Panda might have been a tad puzzled initially, but it didn’t take her long to connect the dots. As Liel puts it, “Now, 3 months later, she jumps on the bed near him, smells him, sits next to him. You can clearly see she loves him from the beginning!”
Not just content with sitting close, Panda has a signature move – tucking her head in the same way she did when the baby was a mere bump. And if baby Sean starts crying at night, Panda’s on the case, ready to alert Liel.
But Panda isn’t flying solo in the “adorable protector” department; there’s a whole furry squad ensuring baby Sean is surrounded by love and care.
