So, about a week ago, Sunny, an animal rescuer from Little Wanderers NYC, received a call about a kitten in the Bronx, New York. She wasted no time and joined forces with a local cat colony carer to rescue the little tabby.
But here’s the thing—the kitten wasn’t easy to find. Due to street cleaning, she was nowhere in sight. Sunny decided to play some cat sounds on her phone and placed some food out to lure her out of hiding. Finally, she spotted the tabby, and that’s when she noticed something special about her eyes.
“At first, she was thought to have a severe case of entropion,” explained Sunny, referring to a condition where the eyelid is turned inward. “But once I saw her, I realized there was more going on with her eyes.”
