Imagine this: Claudia Wright was minding her own business when Posey the cat showed up at her doorstep with three adorable kittens.
It was love at first sight, and Claudia knew she had to adopt her. Once Posey’s kittens were old enough, Claudia found them loving homes.
However, Posey was a different story. One day, Posey decided to go out for a little adventure and returned with a little surprise in tow.
Claudia recalls, “I guess she missed having a baby around and found one.”
Posey had found a tiny seven-week-old kitten, who Claudia named Meesy. It was apparent that Posey couldn’t leave the kitten alone, so she brought her home to join the family.
Meesy was so young that she still needed to be bottle-fed, and Posey was happy to give her all the love and cuddles she needed.
As Claudia investigated the kitten’s origin, she discovered that Meesy must have gotten separated from her mother, and Posey had come to the rescue.
Claudia soon realized that Meesy had found her forever home with them too.
Posey and Meesy are inseparable and are so happy to have each other in a loving home. As Claudia puts it, “It was the right thing to do.” The pictures say it all; these two are clearly meant to be together!
