Meet Sky the kitten!
Found wandering the streets of Los Angeles with a chin injury, he was taken in by Alley Cat Rescue, who gave him all the love and medical attention he needed. But that’s not where the story ends!
During his time in care, they discovered Sky had a condition called Pectus Excavatum or funnel chest, which required surgery. Despite all the challenges, Sky remained a bundle of joy, always seeking affection and purring up a storm!
After a successful surgery and some recovery time, Sky was back on his feet, or should we say, climbing to the top of a cat tree! He even rocked a stylish vest to protect his chest plate during healing. Throughout it all, he showered everyone with love and cuddles.
As Sky’s recovery progressed, he befriended other foster kittens, including Si, who needed TLC and a big brother figure. Sky took on the role with gusto, grooming and watching over the littles with the most caring eyes.
This brave little cat survived the streets, healed from injuries, and recovered from surgery, and now he’s ready to find his forever home. He’s a true fighter with a heart full of love for life.
