Picture this: Gloraeanna and her friend, Zaak, were on a leisurely bike ride when they stumbled upon a tiny kitten in the middle of the road.
At first glance, the little kitten looked lifeless, but suddenly, she lifted her head and proved them wrong. Gloraeanna explains, “We both began to cry because we thought we were about to watch her slowly die in pain. We sat with her for 10 minutes until we decided to move her to the side of the road.”
Gloraeanna and Zaak knew they couldn’t just leave the kitten behind, so they decided to take her home with them.
The kitten, now known as Mira, was a bit timid at first, but after some much-needed TLC and cuddles, she began to purr and meow her little heart out!
The duo took care of Mira and taught her how to drink from a bottle. They even gave her a little plush toy to keep her company during her recovery.
In no time, Mira was back on her feet and feeling like her spunky self again.
Now, Mira has a new friend named Izuko, and the two of them love to snuggle together during nap time. It just goes to show that a little bit of love and care can go a long way.
Gloraeanna and Zaak may have saved Mira’s life that day, but Mira brought just as much joy and happiness into their lives.
