When a charming Siamese mix strolled into the Petsmart adoption center, she had a feeling that her forever loving home was just around the corner.
And then, she spotted a young man working at the store.
During his shifts, this young man consistently made time to greet the kitties. That’s when our friendly feline decided to make her move, coming right up to him, eager to be noticed.
Every time he passed by, she’d paw at the glass, as if saying, “Pick me, pick me!”
Determined to win the young man’s heart, this kitty made it her mission. It seems he didn’t stand a chance, so he brought his girlfriend to meet the persistent little charmer.
When they opened the cage door, the kitty knew exactly what to do. “We knew she was the one because she jumped right into my boyfriend’s arms and wouldn’t stop purring,” explained the girlfriend.
Visiting her every day while awaiting the adoption papers, the couple felt the growing bond and were certain they made the right choice.
They named her Pork Chop: “She responds to her name, and it is so her.”
“In our forever home, she’s made herself very comfortable. She loves snuggling and exploring, and she’s very vocal and talkative to everyone.”
Pork Chop adores her new life with her new family, especially her dad, the one she chose from the first moment they met.
