When they arrived at the Cumberland County animal shelter in Fayetteville, North Carolina, the shelter staff knew that they had to be adopted together. “I have never seen two soo sweet together in person before!” exclaimed Susanne Butler on Facebook.
And it’s easy to see why! When the ginger kitten returned to their kennel after just a few minutes away, her little sister couldn’t contain her excitement and hugged her tightly.
The heartwarming moment was captured on camera, and it’s enough to make anyone’s day.
“I have been all by myself. Don’t go without me,” her baby sister seemed to say through her sweet embrace. These two sisters are truly inseparable, and it’s a good thing they found their forever home together.
