Picture this: James is coming home from work and, as he’s walking through his backyard, he sees a sad and malnourished cat.
Now, James could have just kept on walking and pretended he didn’t see the poor kitty, but he’s not that kind of guy.
He decides to step up and help this cat out.
First things first, James sets out some food and water for the starving cat. It’s obvious that the little guy hasn’t eaten in a while, so this is a much-needed meal.
Next up, James realizes that the cat’s fur is in a really bad state, so he decides to give him a bath. Now, we all know that giving cats a bath is no easy feat, but James manages to get the job done. The kitty may not have been a fan of the water, but he sure loved the attention he was getting.
Unfortunately, James couldn’t let the cat inside the house due to his other cats, but he did set up a little area for him with food, water, and a cozy bed in the utility room.
The next day, James took the kitty to the vet and luckily, he didn’t have any serious issues. He did need a collar to stop him from scratching his sores, but that was a small price to pay for the care he was receiving.
James decided to name the kitty Gnar and brought him home to meet his other feline friends. The other cats were initially cautious of the new arrival, but soon grew curious about him. They even showed him how to use the litter tray – something he probably hadn’t experienced before.
Gnar’s now living his best life with James and his furry friends.
Although he’s had to wear a cone to stop him from aggravating his old wounds, it hasn’t stopped him from having a blast running around the house and being a typical cat. James is even keeping us updated on Gnar’s progress by sharing his adventures on TikTok – you’ve got to check them out!
